Uncertain Generation

Uncertain Generation
Georgia Lancaster
About the piece:
Georgia likes to create wildlife pieces that anyone can find meaning and connection with. She enjoys creating paintings that have a story behind them and that raise awareness for current issues. Through ‘Uncertain Generation’ she wanted to create a painting that’s not only beautiful to look at, but also evokes conversation. It symbolises that, although progress has been made to increase the tiger population in some areas, the future of the species definitely isn’t guaranteed. As the human population grows, increased pollution, habitat loss, poaching and lack of natural prey will continue to have detrimental impacts on tigers and wildlife across the world. Her message is that we cannot grow complacent now, it’s vital to continue the conservation work, get donations and raise awareness.
At least 50% of the proceeds from this sale will support the charitable work of David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) and our ground-based conservation partners across Africa and Asia.
