About the piece:
Stella was born in the UK and has had a long-standing love for nature. She started painting horses from an early age, and since then has begun to paint a wide range of subjects, big cats being her favourite. ‘The Need for Speed’ depicts lionesses on a hunt, with an extraordinary sense of speed and movement.
At least 50% of the proceeds from this sale will support the charitable work of David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) and our ground-based conservation partners across Africa and Asia.
