The Last Tuskers
Tichaona Ncube
About the piece:
African Elephant (“Indlovu – Southern African Ndebele”) will soon vanish from planet earth. The numbers of elephants killed for their precious ivory is increasing. It’s also one of the most celebrated ‘iconic’ wild animals in Africa and serves as a heritage symbol as lots of Bantu people were being named after the elephant.
At least 50% of the proceeds from this sale will support the charitable work of David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) and our ground-based conservation partners across Africa and Asia.
