ARTIST BIOGRAPHY:
Living and working on the Isle of Man, Jeremy Paul has been a professional artist for 30 years and has plenty of opportunity to experience wild seas and to watch gannets feeding around the island’s coast.
ARTWORK DESCRIPTION:
Jeremy says ‘These magnificent seabirds are not resident to the Isle of Man, but travel across the Irish Sea from Scotland and Ireland and can be seen diving for fish in the rich waters just offshore, before returning with their catch. The journey can be a difficult one for humans in bad weather, but is nothing to these wonderful birds’
