Jack Snipe

Jack Snipe
Darrell Warner
ARTWORK DESCRIPTION:
“Jack Snipe” is one of a series of watercolours representing the demise of the UK’s indigenous birds as a result of man’s recklessness. Whether it be a speeding car or the neighbour’s cat, birdlife in the UK is being depleted daily. Darrell Warner, the artist, hopes that in some way these quiet paintings will arrest the viewer and remind them of our impact on the natural world.
