My artwork depicts a Macaya breast-frog, an endemic species to Haiti which is also one of the world’s smallest frogs, while around it is a text which reads Stop Killing Small Things. This text holds two meanings – one metaphorical and the other literal.

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY: Lara Zajac is an artist from Croatia who works mainly with mixed media and ink. She was born in Zagreb and finished her high school education there at the school of applied arts and design, majoring in graphic design. Currently she is a student enrolled at the Academy of Fine Arts, located also in Zagreb. In her free time she enjoys photography and working with textiles.
