A depth of wisdom in their wrinkles, tusks more than worth their weight in gold, and a tenderness in the eyes that belies it’s strength, I wanted to show how elephants are truly the epitome of resilience in the face of countless threats to their existence.

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY: Born and raised on a farm in Zimbabwe, Dijon Ross always had an affinity for the African wilderness and the animals that call it home. This, coupled with a love of art instilled from a young age, naturally led to combining these two passions. Focusing primarily in realistic pencil drawings, Dijon attempts to capture the intricate details of these wild creatures, portraying their inherent character and personalities.
