Vikrant Shitole – ‘Evolutionary Trap’ Original

DIMENSIONS: 55 x 38cm

MEDIUM: Watercolour on Paper

Vikrant is an established watercolour artist from India. This painting is a painful visual representation by the artist to show the inhuman activity. Humans have evolved so much in the last centuries. Technological advancements have created dangerous side effects for other species in the world. Plastic will take over 500 years to decompose. This image depicts the issues for marine life with rubbish and overuse of plastics within the oceans.

CONSERVATION CONTRIBUTION: Our sincere thanks to Vikrant since 50% of the proceeds from this sale will support the charitable work of David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) and our ground-based conservation partners across Africa and Asia.
