The western lowland gorilla, a critically endangered species, profoundly relies on the growth of new forests for survival.
Each new life among young gorillas embodies the fragile connection between their existence and the flourishing natural surroundings they inhabit. As these curious creatures explore their environment, they engage with the intricate web of life that sustains them, from the fruits they eat to the shelter provided by towering trees. This interplay highlights the critical importance of forest preservation and restoration, emphasizing that every seedling nurtured today offers hope for the future generations of gorillas, and served as my inspiration for the piece.
