Global Canvas Children’s Art Competition

If you’re young, arty and concerned about conservation, why not enter our Global Canvas contest? Your colourful creation could end up on display at London’s Natural History Museum!

The Global Canvas Children’s Art Competition was set up in 2004 to encourage young people to express their concern for the environment through art. The 2019 theme is ‘Habitats of the World’.

Each year we look for imaginative group entries from children aged 16 years and under, using creative media including art, sculpture, textiles, collage etc. to present a mini-exhibition reflecting the competition theme.

We encourage an emphasis on wildlife, but all of earth’s fauna and flora maybe represented in as creative a way as possible.

Entry to the competition is FREE and the closing date for entries is 31st January 2019 – so get painting, drawing, sculpting, printing, knitting, sewing and collaging!
