The Dagga Boy

ABOUT THE ARTWORK
The Dagga Boy is the Zulu term for this aged, solitary, male Cape buffalo. He’s no longer dominant but is wandering away having now been ousted by the younger, stronger males. The various textures used show the various life stages that he’s transitioned over the years.
