ABOUT THE ARTWORK
In the quiet industry of the hive, nothing is wasted. Each fracture is met with instinct, patience and purpose. Bees do not abandon that which is broken, they rebuild. Cell by cell, they restore structure and strengthen the fragile. This piece reflects that devotion to repair. A honeycomb shaped by countless small efforts, a reminder that even the most delicate frameworks can be restored. In protecting bees, we protect more than a species; we protect a quiet lesson in resilience.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Born in Lancaster, England, Tom took up wildlife artwork professionally at the age of 28. After spending a short while diving into the world of wildlife and discovering the plight of many species, his passion for conservation was born. Tom spent time in South Africa travelling to Pretoria to spend time with Kevin Richardson, learning all he could about the various wildlife at the reserve and then travelled the Garden Route via various sanctuaries, ending up in Gans Baai to study great whites.
