ABOUT THE ARTIST
Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Cole Stirling developed a deep passion for wildlife through early experiences in Hwange National Park. Art became a natural way to express this connection, leading him to study photography and later qualify as a field and trails guide. These experiences strengthened his appreciation for the natural world and inspired a commitment to conservation through his work. Cole is particularly drawn to monochrome imagery, valuing emphasis on tone and form, which helps as he is colour-blind.
