ABOUT THE ARTIST
After the end of a busy career Wendy was finally able to feed her hunger to paint. Self-taught, she is well known for her ability to capture the essence of a subject, evoking a powerful emotional response in the viewer. She paints in watercolour, acrylics, and oils and is frequently commissioned. Born and raised in Zimbabwe, she has a passion for nature, wildlife, and conservation and spent her life imagining the pictures she would create, framing ‘snapshots’ in her mind’s eye.
