ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This painting was created especially for this competition and as a continuation to the 100 Days of Endangered Species (#100endangeredanimals on Instagram)—a project of 100 small paintings of critically endangered animal species that Anna worked on during the lockdown of 2020 raising money for the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. While working on this project she discovered many new (to her) animals that inspired her pictures—one of them the Cuban crocodile.

Medium: Watercolour on paper
Category: Animal Behaviour
