ABOUT THE ARTWORK “Wee Petra” is a Eurasian lynx, cast in foundry bronze in Wales using the lost wax method, and finished with handmade solid bronze ear tufts. Small in stature at just 15cm, she is beautifully proportioned, carrying the quiet dignity and stillness of her species. She brings a sense of peace and tranquillity to any space she inhabits.

ABOUT THE ARTIST Min Reid is an award-winning British-Kiwi sculptor born in the jungles of Malaysia, where tigers, monkeys and snakes were part of daily life. Conservation and respect for the natural world were woven into her from birth.
Raised across Jamaica, Hong Kong, and New Zealand, she sculpts in clay, casting in foundry bronze; each piece created to evoke empathy for endangered animals. A portion of all sales supports wildlife conservation. Her sculptures ask nothing less than for you to feel.
