ABOUT THE ARTIST Isobel Harvey is a contemporary painter working in oil and acrylic, whose work is shaped by observation of the natural world, particularly birds and organic forms. With a background in ceramics, her practice carries a strong sensitivity to material and surface. She builds her paintings through layered processes of deconstruction and reconstruction, allowing forms to shift, dissolve and re-form.
