They are the most trafficked animal in the world, yet people haven’t heard of them. They are shy, gentle, solitary creatures, with a clever defense mechanism for protecting themselves from natural predators – rolling up into a small armored ball. But this does not protect them from man. They do not have a voice, so we have to speak up for them.”
