Tom Middleton – Fever Pitch

Drawing, Original | 85 × 120 cm | Framed

Abstract meets photorealism. The artist Tom Middleton wanted to create a piece that takes the viewer a moment to realise the situation, demanding more from the eye than first it meets. A fever of rays sweeping the seabed, clean untouched sand ahead representing sea life’s uncertain future, with chaos left behind.

Graphite on paper

Tom Middleton is a self taught artist from Lancaster who uses graphite pencil on paper to meticulously create photorealistic images in a unique manner. His artwork draws the viewer’s eye across the paper, creating movement and excitement with dynamic imagery.
