Global Canvas Entry Form
Individuals

Each individual must submit an entry form, completed by a responsible adult (18+), with up to 3 images of the artwork.

We require permission from each individual’s parent or legal guardian to use the photographs of their artwork for the virtual final, on the DSWF website, in the media, and across social channels.

For individual entries, please note that we may use your first name, age and country of residence for the purpose of identifying you as the creator of your entry.
