About the piece:
Alexander Fleming is a creator of realistic art, only ever subtly and rarely altering the odd thing in an artistic rendition. The real and natural world is immensely interesting to him and therefore it is his desire to depict it as near to reality as he can. He sees nature as covering a gamut of size, colour, personality and beauty, all of which he believes should be worthy of everyone’s attention. The Snow Leopard is an elusive big cat at the heart of the DSWF conservation efforts. Alexander mentions how he couldn’t resist drawing this majestic creature and its cavernous backdrop.
