About the piece:
Bryony is a self-taught printmaker specialising in monoprints using gel plates. Her main source of inspiration comes from the natural world. ‘Giraffe and Friends’ represents the perfect harmony of two beautiful creatures living side by side. The zebra is depicted as almost fading into the background as the giraffe strides by. Bryony based this painting from a photograph she took in Tanzania.
