ARTWORK DESCRIPTION:

Krishna’s inspiration for his watercolour painting “Flamboyance” came from a visit to the Flamingo Wildlife Sanctuary where the migrant birds flock seasonally. He was bewitched by the sheer colour of the birds and the way the colour changes with the food they consume, and by their behaviour. The title of his artwork refers to both the brilliance of their colour and the collective noun used when referring to a flock or gathering of flamingos.
