ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Becky Gouverneur was born and raised in rural Buckinghamshire surrounded by dogs, cats, horses and all manner of other furry things which served as a constant source of inspiration for her work. She is best known for her quirky, large scale, high contrast charcoal animal drawings often on a stark white background which shows a huge influence from her years as a photographer. Becky’s photography works in harmony with her drawing and the combination of high quality, insightful photography and detailed realism produces stunning images full of character.
