The shoebill, with only a remaining wild population of around 3,500 individuals, is currently on the decline. Hunting, habitat destruction, and climate change have made its future uncertain, with illegal poaching and trade also posing significant threats to its survival.

Yuan Vienna Yin is an artist who expresses dimensionality through separated, detailed brushstrokes and a variety of colours.
