Mustangs are a symbol of free spirit and independence. They live under the sky, wild and beautiful, facing anything Mother Nature can throw at them. These wild horses are rounded up and removed to make way for cattle grazing. The artist Vesela Sultanova thinks this to be a terrible failure of humanity.

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Vesela Sultanova was born in the heart of the Rose Valley in central Bulgaria. After an initial art training, they continued to study at the Faculty of Fine Arts. In this inspirational environment, students felt like part of Raffaello’s ‘The School of Athens’ fresco. Vesela is guided by ideas and a desire for a world in which one lives in harmony with all species. It is their hope that Michelangelo’s ‘Last Judgment’ fresco is not a prediction of the future.
