Steve Nayer – Red Squirrel

£3,000

ARTWORK DESCRIPTION:

Steve Nayar is keen to raise awareness of the plight of endangered animals, in this case the red squirrel. It is his hope that we can continue to create suitable spaces within the urban environment for red squirrels. Grey squirrels are a problem to their survival along with morbidity from traffic accidents and predation by cats but Steve feels that if we can manage our urban environments sustainably, it may be possible to encourage a greater number of urban red squirrels.
