Cole Stirling – Guardian

£2,100

ARTWORK DESCRIPTION:

Zimbabwean-born artist Cole Stirling has spent time observing mountain gorillas which he describes as an awe-inspiring experience. These amazing creatures were once on the very brink of extinction but are fighting back, however, there is still a long way to go. By focusing in on the eyes of the silverback, looking skyward, Cole tried to convey a feeling of hope, a contemplation of a brighter future.
