TigerTime supporter takes on the Yorkshire Warrior!

TigerTime supporter Jason Millward is raising money for TigerTime and the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) by taking on the Yorkshire Warrior on the 20th April. The course is said to be one of the longest, toughest and extreme obstacle course with 10 miles of running, climbing, crawling, ice baths, hay mountains and upstream runs. Jason will be racing in a TigerTime t-shirt and is using this opportunity to raise much needed funds for TigerTime and DSWF.

Jason explains why he is taking on this challenge. “I decided that I wanted to do more to help endangered species this year and raising money was one of the ways I thought I could do this. I didn’t want to see a news story in the future stating that elephants, rhinos, tigers or anything else have become extinct and I had done nothing to help stop it. Raising money is my small contribution. I chose DSWF & TigerTime because of the range of projects and creatures that they support. I like the fact that education plays a big part in their strategy, as personally I think education is the key to solve many problems surrounding wildlife crime. The list of achievements so far shows that DSWF and TigerTime are capable of doing great things and I hope that whatever money I can raise will help achieve even more.”
