‘Rare is the stand-up that makes you laugh, think and then fight back the tears.’ The Daily Telegraph
Marcus Brigstocke is a major British comedy talent as writer, presenter and performer. Allegedly, he is heard on Radio 4 more frequently than the shipping forecast.
On television Marcus launched The Late Edition, the late night BBC4 answer to The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. He has hosted and appeared as a panellist on Have I Got News For You, and played King Stupid in Stupid on CBBC. Not to mention his recent critically acclaimed tour The Brig Society!

‘Absolutely brilliant’ according to Caroline Aherne.
Simon Evans is a firmly established headline act on the circuit; he has performed sell out shows at the Edinburgh Festival for several years. He has many television and radio credits to his name and has performed extensively on the improv circuit. He dresses smartly, uses no bad language and can raise an eyebrow Jack Benny would have been proud of. Simon has appeared all over the world recently, with performances at the New Zealand and Cape Town Comedy Festivals as well as in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing and Dubai.

Joel Dommett has had a hugely exciting career since starting stand up comedy in 2007. He was the face of MTV in 2012 and presented their daily news bulletins. Joel is one of the fastest rising stars on the UK comedy circuit having gained rave reviews for his debut solo Edinburgh show, Neon Hero, in 2011 and second show ‘Nunchuck Silver Medallist 2002‘ in 2012.  Joel has since performed stand up on Russell Howard’s Good News on BBC Three and has numerous acting credits to his name, including Popatron on BBC Two and Skins on E4.

“Brilliantly acerbic…Her force of personality is enough to overpower anyone in the audience still labouring under the delusion that women aren’t funny” The Guardian
Award winning stand-up Zoe Lyons is a familiar face on TV with credits including Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (BBC1) DAVE’s One Night Stand (Dave) and Don’t Sit In The Front Row (Sky Atlantic). She also regularly appears on The Wright Stuff (FIVE) and Mock The Week (BBC2) on which she has guested 5 times across the series. Bursting onto the comedy circuit in 2004, Zoe won the prestigious Funny Women competition and reached the final of Channel 4’s ‘So You Think You’re Funny’ in the same year, and has since established herself as one of the country’s leading comic talents.

Richard Herring started his comedy career back in the late 80s with his long-time friend and writing partner Stewart Lee. Richard, together with Stewart Lee, performed in many sketch shows before going into a duo and naming it ‘Fist of Fun’.

Richard now spends most of his time on his writing and live work but has had time to present the Radio 2 show That Was Then, This Is Now and Banter on Radio 4 with Andrew Collins. The two built up both a friendship and partnership and now offer a weekly podcast called ‘Collins and Herring’.
